I created this piece after a long burnout and as always struggling with mental health issues. Anxiety, depression and overwhelming perfectionism led me to stop - listen to my inner being and try to remember how insignificant I am in the universe. After all we are all just star dust and the memories of countless energies before me lie in my heart and soul which is one with the universe. Letting go is so incredibly difficult but it is the fist step to mental and physical peace.
